How soon can I receive my order?

Bruno Manetti dispatches all orders received in a day within 48 hours from the receipt of the same. Depending on delivery pincode and service availability, all orders reach within 8-10 business days from the date of order.

Can I track my order?

My order has not arrived. What can I do?

All orders are dispatched with 48 hours of receipt of the order. It generally takes 8-10 business days for the orders to reach the order addresses, however if there is delay, we will notify you on the same.
You can always track your order via https://bruno-manetti.shiprocket.co/ by punching the order id received at the time of order or the AWB number received at the time of dispatch.

IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all
serviceable pincodes. You can also check COD serviceability of your order on the "COD Availability Checker" on the product page before going to checkout

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Yes, we charge a fee of INR 49 for Cash on Delivery orders above INR 1500 and INR 99 for all Cash on Delivery Orders below INR 1500.
We offer Free Cash on Delivery for all orders above INR 2500

IS THE PAYMENT SAFE AND SECURED?

Absolutely! Our payment partners use the highest level of secure
encryption technology to make your transaction safe and confidential. You can
choose your preferred method of payment when you are prompted to choose a
‘Payment Option’ in the buying process.

HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN REQUEST?

Visit the Returns/Exchange request section section on the website or click here to raise a
return/exchange request for your order

- Submit the required details in the empty fields

- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to exchange

- Select the item(s) you would want to exchange.

- A confirmation email would be shared once the exchange request is approved.

Please note that the return request needs to be raised within 15 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 4-5 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or
undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we
receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted. The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange
process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

No, we DO NOT charge any extra charges for return/exchange of an item of an order or the whole order but only ONCE., If the same order is returned or same item of the order is returned/exchanged more than once, then we charge shipping fee additional as per actuals for the same.

 HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered
email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is
dispatched from our warehouse.

DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you
can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address
is within India.
